It's widely speculated that Taylor's song "All Too Well," from her Red album, is about Jake. "You used to be a little kid with glasses in a twin-size bed," Taylor sings.
So, of course, when Jake posted a throwback picture of himself as a kid, wearing glasses, Swifties had NO chill in the comments...
Jake seems to be pretty good-natured about the playful trolling, though. Although most of the comments quote the line from "All Too Well," Jake hasn't deleted any of them, or limited comments on the post.
