City of Augusta to Host Mega Hiring Events in August
VA Augusta holding job fair September 9
The Augusta, Georgia Human Resources Department is hosting their Mega Hiring Event on three Thursdays in August.
All sessions will be held from 10 am to 1 pm in the Linda W. Beazley Room at the Municipal Building at 535 Telfair Street. Those attending should bring a current resume and be prepared for a possible interview.

- The Richmond County Correctional Institution

- Richmond County Marshal’s Office
- Richmond County Sheriff’s Office
- The Richmond County District Attorney
- The Richmond County Public Defender’s Office
- The Coroner’s Office
August 10:
- Augusta Utilities
- Augusta’s Engineering & Environmental Services
- The city’s Central Services Department
- Augusta Parks & Recreation
- Augusta Regional Airport
- Augusta Transit
August 17:
- Human Resources Department
- Compliance Department
- Finance Department
- Planning & Development
- Tax Assessor’s Office
- Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System
