Austin talks about three big ongoing stories, and three reasons Joe Biden made them worse.
Transcript:
Austin:Three of the biggest ongoing stories of the day, and three reasons Joe Biden made all these problems worse from his first day in the White House. First day executive order signing. What? A complete set cessation of the construction of the southern border wall. Has that worked out well? Are things better at the border than they were when President Trump was in office? Oh, hell to the no no no no no no no no.
Number two, the attitude toward police in this country. Defund the police. How many times have the Democrats in the last three years “Defund the police, got to defund the police, defund defund.” How’s that working out for you? Take a look at the attack in New York City on the police officers, a dozen illegal immigrants attacking police officers. No one comes to their assistance. People are videoing it, having a good old time. Where does that come from? Not from the Republicans, I can guarantee you that.
And third, this inflation that we’re all feeling, ladies and gentlemen, and have been for quite a while. Where did it start? It started with the price of gasoline going ridiculously high. Why? Because on the first day in office, President Biden signed into legislation actually removing the authority to make oil recovery in this country as easy as it possibly can be, a reversal of Trump’s philosophy and also a cessation of the pipeline, the Keystone pipeline, which helped transportation and movement of the oil supply freely across the North American continent.
Folks. The Democrats launched this mess. They’ve spent the last couple of years trying to undo the damage that Biden and the Democrat philosophy has done. I’m telling you, the Republican way is not perfect, but it’s a better way. Trump was a better president. Trump did not have these problems. What a mess. And here we sit. And that’s the comment, I’m Austin Rhodes. AM 580/95.1 FM News Talk WGAC.
