Austin talks about Donald Trump promoting a Gold Card and how it could affect people coming into the country and the economy.
Austin: Talk about great ideas and a golden idea. Donald Trump promoting a gold card as a new green card for those with money and with those who have something to contribute in a financial and economic sense to the country at large. That’s right. This would be an offer that, gives benefits to those really seeking to live in America and maybe even become citizens, $5,000,000 per resident or maybe per resident’s family for them to come over. And, folks, this could mean an economic boom to the country like we have never seen before.
Critics are arguing that the policy that, Trump is going for here with a gold card prioritizes wealth over merit. Folks, I gotta tell you that usually wealth does mean merit, doesn’t it? I mean, think about it. Dollars 5,000,000 to invest back into the country. And, again, those folks don’t just walk in with $5,000,000 and that’s it.
If you can afford $5,000,000 for basically a green card entry into a citizenship, that means you get a whole lot of there’s a whole lot more money going with it. And, by the way, you can also attach that kind of wealth to every individual that comes over with the $5,000,000 gold ticket holder. I mean, my goodness gracious, we could see massive amounts of money coming into this country and the kind of immigrants that you can very closely vet and monitor. Someone on one of the news shows this morning was making a comment, Well, that just means any thug can buy their way in. No, it just means that everyone that wants to come in gets very carefully vetted.
And oh, by the way, that’ll be $5,000,000 Oh, my goodness gracious. They say there are already 250,000 people that are ready to walk in tomorrow under such a plan. The business development that they would bring with them is unbelievable. This might be one of the greatest ideas a president has ever had. Let’s see where it goes.
Let’s see what the problems are. Somebody’s gonna complain about something, but, hey, how about the ingenuity involved in this idea? You gotta love it. So far so good. Keep our fingers crossed.
