Hunter Biden And Gun Control – Austin’s Daily Commentary

Austin: When it comes to gun control, there are opinions that are expressed daily by those on the political left about how access to firearm purchase is just simply too easy in America, it's just too easy for bad guys to get guns, and we have to limit the way that folks buy them. We have to have waiting periods. We have to have all of these obstacles and okay, fine, I understand the concept.

I'm a big Second Amendment fan myself, but let's see just exactly how serious the Democrats are and lefties in general when it comes to holding one of their own high-profile individuals accountable. When he is completely off the rails with his own handgun possession, Hunter Biden broke the law. He broke it multiple times, and he did it in a way that could have put, innocent people's lives at very serious risk. He bought a gun when he wasn't supposed to. He threw it away.

Well, let me back up. It was thrown away for him in a ridiculous and hideous manner. And, again, he lied about it repeatedly. It's an open-and-shut case. This is such a ridiculous mess. And to think that, a friendly prosecutor in Delaware was willing to let this entire thing go to bed with a simple plea deal and probation. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's one of the most outrageous examples of insider trading when it comes to criminal cases that we've ever seen. Thank goodness gracious a judge stepped up and said, no, no, no, we're not going to throw these types of charges away on a very simple plea like this. That is impossible. We have to we have to play this out in a far more serious way.

So again, let's see how the left feels watching one of their own squirm under the pressure of completely and totally irresponsible gun ownership and lying on top of it. This should be fun. Stay tuned. And that's the comment, I'm Austin Rhodes, 95.1 FM News Talk WGAC.
