Columbia County Apartment Complex Condemnation Is Being Considered
“Unfit for human occupation.”
That is the statement of several on the scene at Clara Point, formerly Applecross Apartments, off Washington Road in Columbia County. Officials are working to determine the fate of a number of residents that will have to be relocated on an emergency basis. More on this breaking story on The Austin Rhodes Show today at 3 p.m.
Oh, by the way, this complex is owned by former Columbia County Resident and current Flagler County Florida Commission Chairman, Joe Mullins. When Mullins assumed the property, he changed the name to Clara Point Apartments.
