Austin Rhodes: A major law enforcement announcement today in Augusta, Richmond County are Attorney General Chris Carr, along with the sheriff Richard Roundtree will be hosting, let's see, officials from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, maybe some folks from the FBI, all about a major, major arrest, a major investigation that's been completed. And I got to tell you, it's people are being arrested. I've been told, even as we speak this morning. So no numbers are finalized yet.
But let's just say a major, major announcement concerning, well, the streets of Augusta being cleaned up. And by the way, one of the major players involved in this effort is a young lady by the name of McKenzie Gray. McKenzie is a superstar prosecutor hired by the state attorney general himself to be in charge of gang prosecutions in this area.
By the way, Mckenzie Gray, a former assistant of Natalee Payne, a great assistant district attorney who was let go, run out of the office by our current district attorney, Jared Williams, because he did not like her and he wanted more minority participation in prosecutions in this area. Mackenzie is a white female. He wanted no part of her.
Today, as the announcement is being read, understand the arrests that are being made could not be possible without the great work of Mckenzie Gray and everyone else in law enforcement, but particularly the superstar prosecutor Mckenzie. Oh my goodness gracious who was put out by Jared Williams.
Jared is a cancer. He needs to be removed. And you people in Richmond County need to get off your duff and do it at the ballot box as soon as possible. Good news today, but let's keep everything in perspective. Could not be possible without the superstar prosecutor brought in by the Attorney General himself, Mckenzie Gray. Stay tuned. And that's the comment, I'm Austin Rhodes, AM 580/95.1 FM News Talk WGAC.

Georgia Destination Named A Best Tiny House Hotel
A recent report by Shermans Travel detailed the 10 best Tiny House hotels in America, and a Georgia destination made the list. "Tiny homes are one of the hottest residential design trends right now," they explain.
In addition, Realtor.com published a story last year that gave readers a glimpse of what exactly is going on with the Tiny House trend in America. But what is a Tiny House? Typically, they are 100 to 400 square feet. Many of them (though not a requirement) are situated in quieter areas. It is very common to find tiny home communities tucked within nature, in a peaceful and serene setting.
Other common attributes include creative ways to establish storage space and loft beds. They are often energy-efficient simply due to the smaller footprint requiring less utility power.
"If you’re considering the tiny-home lifestyle, take it for a test drive before you hire a builder and go all-in," Realtor explained. That is another reason why having such Tiny House hotel options is helpful. It gives those who are interested a chance to try it out.
Live A Little Chatt - Rising Fawn, Georgia
Located just 30 miles outside Chattanooga, Live A Little Chatt has three Tiny Houses on the property to stay at. "It’s evident that each was built with love and intention," Shermans Travel explains. The Old Blue Chair house accommodates up to five guests, while the Shangri-Little and Wandering Gypsy can sleep three people.
Visitors to Rising Fawn Georgia are in close proximity to Cloudland Canyon State Park. That's where you will find hiking trails and two waterfalls. However, there is also nothing wrong with staying on the hotel grounds to embrace the simple environment around you to unwind fully.
Each of the three options at this Georgia destination that was named in the list of best Tiny House hotels is uniquely different from each other. "We strive to give you the place to find your bliss and live deliberately." Live A Little Chatt says.
