Broad Street Accident Thursday Claims Woman’s Life
An accident on Broad Street Thursday morning has led to the death of an Augusta woman.
Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen says 37-year-old Amanda Latara Hurst was critically injured in the crash Thursday at 8:52 am on Broad Street and Crawford Avenue. She was taken to Augusta University Medical Center where she died this afternoon.
No autopsy will be performed.
