That is the statement of several on the scene at Clara Point, formerly Applecross Apartments, off Washington Road in Columbia County. Oh, by the way, this complex is owned by former Columbia County Resident and current Flagler County Florida Commission Chairman, Joe Mullins. When Mullins assumed the property, he changed the name to Clara Point Apartments.
