Gaslighting Against Donald Trump – Austin’s Daily Commentary

Austin: We may have the largest gaslight operation going on in the history of American politics, where millions and millions of Americans, and sadly, most of mainstream media are attempting to paint the GOP candidate for president as the worst homicidal maniac fiend, dictator wannabe that's ever been seen in American politics. And all that would be interesting, except for the fact that we have four years in the bank of this man being president, where he was none of those things.

Donald Trump, during the four years he was president, was a peaceful president. He was a prosperous president. And most definitely he was a different president than anyone thought he could be. And these are all good things. The American economy was humming. We were getting along fine with all of our overseas adversaries. And again, no new military conflicts. Matter of fact, fewer military conflicts, few less military violence than we had had in this country in years.

And yet still those on the left are portraying this man as the worst human being we could possibly be considering for president of the United States. The history, ladies and gentlemen, does not indicate that is true at all. As a matter of fact, if we go back to what we had with Donald Trump prior to the pandemic hitting, you're going to see prosperity, you're going to see economic growth, and you're going to see respect from both allies and those that fear us overseas. And that's what we're hopefully trying to get, am I right?
