Kenzie Wants To be Adopted From The Aiken Animal Shelter
This sweet soul is Kenzie, and she’s ready to be adopted from the Aiken Animal Shelter.
She’s had a tough life. Right now, she’s covered in sores from living outside on concrete, without any shelter. She has been bred several times, and despite that, she wiggles with love for anyone that shows her any kindness.
Kenzie came to the Shelter with eyes so infected she could hardly see. She underwent surgery to correct her eyes and she’s much improved today. She is also healing nicely from her past wounds, but honestly, it’s going to take some time.
As mentioned earlier, despite what she’s been through, there’s still trust. She will lavish you with love and kisses but would prefer to be your only pet. She’s eight years old and weighs forty-five pounds.
Kenzie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped. Yes, she does have heartworms, but she will be treated at no cost to you. Her adoption fee is only thirty-five dollars. Look at that face!
The Aiken County Animal Shelter is located at 333 Wire Rd., Aiken, SC. You can e-mail them at info@fotasaiken.org to arrange to meet Kenzie.
Walk-Ins are welcomed at the Aiken Animal Shelter Monday through Saturday from 11am-4pm.
