Burke County Man Arrested For Impersonating A Police Officer
A Burke County code enforcement officer is going to jail. Ronald O’Brien was arrested on Monday and is facing charges of impersonating a police officer and conducting traffic stops.
The illegal stops occurred when O’Brien used a city owned vehicle with self installed blue lights.
The Burke County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who was involved in a stop with O’Brien to call their office at 706-554-6633.
