A Boba Tea Franchise is Coming to Evans, Georgia – Here’s What we Know
If you’ve visited Crumbl Cookies Evans location in the last few months, then you’ve probably seen its new neighbors – Teaspoon Augusta.
Teaspoon is a national, California-based, Boba tea chain. It is brought to Evans by franchisors Dr. Troy Austin and Skyler Bird.
Teaspoon serves a variety of blended beverages containing tea, coffee or fruit juices. Desserts such as cakes, brownies and macarons also are available.
While the soft opening date was originally set for mid-August, it has been pushed back.

“In order to ensure that our future staff members receive the proper training and learn how to perfect Teaspoon’s specialty drinks, our owners have decided to push back the opening of Teaspoon Augusta!
This was an easy decision due to the owners’ and management’s desire to provide the absolute best experience and beverages for our customers!
Stay connected with our store on Social Media as we begin to post more frequently leading up to the sharing of our Soft Opening date!”
Currently they are holding interviews for potential employees.
This will be the chains first Teaspoon location in the state of Georgia.
Teaspoon Augusta will also be getting a mural project done by Beautify Augusta and muralist Emily Bender.
No word on the exact opening date, but September is the projected opening month!
