Austin: It is inexplicable and it is exasperating that it has been years since the death of Jeffrey Epstein. And we are just now getting to the bottom of some of the details of the case that the feds were building against him in the sexual crimes that he committed for God knows how many years. The very fact that you get people like Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Al Gore, some even say President Trump’s name was mentioned. I don’t care whose name was mentioned. The fact that the federal government has taken years to get this information out is absolutely and totally ridiculous.
The instant that Jeffrey Epstein died, the federal government should have immediately put a staff of a dozen lawyers on those documents so that they could be examined, milked for information and released as soon as possible. Anything other than that reeks of government cover up and ridiculous government grandstanding. There is a real and very valid reason that so many of us have so little faith in bureaucracy and federal government officials when it comes to the prosecution of dangerous criminals and well-connected people. And this is a great example.
I cannot imagine that there was an easier bad guy to go after than this one, unless, of course, what he was doing was well known by those in power. And those in power are seeking to protect themselves and others. It is heartbreaking. It is completely indefensible. And I’ve yet to hear one rational explanation why this revelation has taken years.
Something should have been done within a month or so of his death. They should have put a team of federal attorneys on this information immediately when Epstein died to get to the bottom of what was going on. Absolutely heartbreaking. And like I said, par for the course. And that’s the comment, I’m Austin Rhodes, AM 580/95.1 FM News Talk WGAC.
