Evans Theater Bringing Back Summer Theater Series for Kids
The school year is rapidly coming to an end for all area students. That means parents soon have the task of keeping the kids busy and entertained during the summer.
Georgia Theater Company is once again offering their annual Summer Kid Show series at its theaters across the state. That includes Evans Cinemas on Washington Road.
Starting June 6, admission will be just $2 every Tuesday and Thursday during the summer for the 10 a.m. Summer Kid Show Movies. Even the snacks are affordable for the movies. Popcorn, drinks and cookie dough bites are just $2 each.
The series starts with Superpets, June 6 and June 8; Minions: The Rise of Gru, June 13 and June 15; Puss in Boots, June 20 and June 22; Bad Guys, June 27 and June 29; Hotel Transylvania, July 4 and July 6; Sonic 2, July 11 and July 13; Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank, July 18 and July 20; and Lyle, Lyle Crocodile, July 25 and July 27.
Doors open before each show at 9:15 a.m. and the movies begin at 10 a.m.
