Masks Required for Gamecocks Game Saturday
If you’re heading to Columbia for Saturday’s University of South Carolina football game, make sure you take a mask.
Some say, however, it will be difficult to enforce the mandate since as many as 70,000 people are expected for the Gamecock’s home opener against Kentucky.
USC students got an e-mail earlier this month explaining that Williams-Brice Stadium falls under the crowded outdoor spaces guideline set in the city’s mandate that went into effect September 8th and lasts 30 days.
Officials say people can be fined up to $100 for not following the mandate.
