Publix Recalling Holiday Cookies
Holiday Cookie Platters sold at Publix stores in seven states, including Georgia and South Carolina, are being recalled due to an undeclared ingredient.
The Publix Bakery 20-ounce Holiday Cookie Platters could contain pecans, which are not on the ingredients list.
In a statement to customers, Publix warned that “people who have allergies to pecans run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products.”
The cookies were distributed to stores in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia and Florida.
You can return the products to Publix stores for a full refund.
