Search Continues for Man Who Fled Traffic Stop
There was a heavy police presence in the Harlem area in Columbia County late Thursday night.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office says multiple law enforcement agencies were looking for a man who fled from a traffic stop.
Officials say 42-year-old Richard Dahlheimer was behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle when authorities tried to stop him.
They were focusing their search for him late Thursday night in the areas of Lamkin Road, West Milledgeville Road and the Cornerstone subdivision.
Dahlheimer has multiple outstanding warrants for burglary and entering vehicles.
