The Bell Auditorium, 712 Telfair Street, will be the site of all high school graduation ceremonies in May, according to an announcement from the Richmond County School System.

Ceremonies will be held May 28-May 30 at scattered times throughout the three-day period.

Each graduating senior will receive 8 tickets for family members and friends. Live stream links for all 11 ceremonies will be available on the school's web page, one hour before the start time.

Bell Auditorium Schedule of Graduation Ceremonies:

  • Wednesday, May 28
    • Academy of Richmond County, 8 a.m.
    • John S. Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School, 11 a.m.
    • Hephzibah High School, 2:30 p.m.
    • A.R. Johnson Health Science and Engineering Magnet School, 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 29
    • T.W. Josey High School, 8 a.m.
    • Cross Creek High School, 11 a.m.
    • Westside High School, 2:30 p.m.
    • Glenn Hills High School, 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday, May 30
    • Richmond County Technical Career Magnet School, 8 a.m.
    • G.P. Butler High School, 11 a.m.
    • Lucy C. Laney High School, 2:30 p.m.

Bell Auditorium Clear Bag Policy

The Augusta Entertainment Complex has a Clear Bag Policy in place for commencement. All patrons will be limited to one (1) 12"x12"x6" clear bag and no larger than one (1) 8.5"x5.5" (or the size of half of a sheet of paper) handheld clutch. Bags that do not fit those descriptions will not be allowed in the venue

  • Patrons also need to be aware that noise makers and balloon are prohibited inside the Bell Auditorium
