Bojangles Introducing “Hard” Sweet Tea
Bojangles is sure to make some customers happy with a new line of sweet tea. There’s a catch. You have to be at least 21 to purchase and consume it.
Bojangles and Appalachian Mountain Brewery are partnering to produce Bojangles Hard Sweet Tea, which will only be sold at participating retailers and not at any of its restaurants.
“Partnering with AMB to craft our Legendary Iced Tea into a hard tea for fans of legal drinking age was a natural fit, and the team poured passion into the entire process. We can’t wait for fans to try it,” said Jackie Woodward, Chief Brand and Marketing Officer for Bojangles.
Bojangles Hard Sweet Tea is expected to be available in participating stores in March. The product will b either 12-packs that contain 12-ounce cans, or individual 16-ounce cans. Independent retailers and chains like Walmart, Food Lion, Circle K, QT and others in North and South Carolina are expected to carry the product.
