Evans Man Allegedly In The Process Of Sharing Child Pornography When He Was Arrested

An Evans man is in the Columbia County Detention Center following his arrest Wednesday on Child Pornography charges.
Major Steve Morris said investigators from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office had a search warrant when they went to a home in the 1000 block of Terri Court in the Knob Hill subdivision off William Few Parkway Wednesday morning.
Evans Man Allegedly Sharing Child Pornography When Investigators Arrived
Morris said when investigators entered a bedroom in the home, 28-year-old Steven Yanizeski had two open laptops on the bed.
“They were actively connected and sharing child pornography,” according to a news release.

- Possession of Child Pornography
- Distribution of Child Pornography
Yanizeski is being held in the Columbia County Detention Center without bond.
