The economic news of the last few days has been coming fast and furious. The July jobs number was less than expected last Friday which caused a precipitous drop in the markets. But that was nothing compared to Monday’s fall. The Dow dropping over 1000 points. The NASDAQ more than 500 points.

We discussed aspects of the local economy with Simon and aspects of the economy on whole.
