The Columbia County School District is hosting a job fair Tuesday, December 5, and you're invited to attend.

They have several available positions that need to be filled.

 Available Positions:

  • Nutrition Assistant
  • Bus Drivers
  • Custodians
  • Parking Lot Attendants
  • HVAC Technician
  • Technology Support
  • Payroll Accountant

Representatives from Transportation, Nutrition, and Facilities Maintenance and Operations will be in attendance to answer questions and conduct on-site interviews.

Computers will be available for those attending to fill out an online application.  Staff from Human Resources will be on hand to provide help, if needed.

Time and Location of the Job Fair:

The job fair will be held Tuesday, December 5, from 11 am until 2 pm at the Student Support Complex at 4395 River Watch Parkway in Evans.

Mary Liz is the News Director and Co-Host of Augusta’s Morning News on WGAC. She spent 11 years as a News Director at an Indiana Radio Station. She has also worked as a former Police and Courts Reporter for The Republic Newspaper and Assistant Marketing Director of Merchants National Bank in Indianapolis. Mary Liz focuses most on local breaking news stories, feature stories on upcoming events, or community-service related organizations and the people who serve them. She has been with WGAC since 1995.
