Information needed to find the killer of Elias Delk in June

Information is needed to help Richmond County Sheriff's Office Investigators find a killer.

Deputies were called to the Dollar General store in the 1700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on June 15.

They found 28-year-old Elias Delk unresponsive in the parking lot around 4:45 am.

Delk was pronounced dead at the scene an hour later. Coroner Mark Bowen said it appeared Delk died from multiple blunt force trauma.

Information Needed From the Community

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has not identified a suspect in Delk's murder. They are now asking that any witnesses to the incident or anyone with information to come forward and contact authorities.
