Here’s the video of Scottie Scheffler’s new conference after winning the Players.
This was Scheffler’s 6th win on tour in the last 14 months.
With the win, he returned to the No.1 ranking in the Official World Golf Rankings. He also picked up over $4 million dollars with the first prize check, giving him over $10 million dollars in winnings so far this season.
Scottie is in some select company as one of only three players to hold the Masters and the Players trophies at the same time. The other two? Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods.
Tyrrell Hatton, with a final round, -7, 65 finished in 2nd place all by himself, and won over $2.7 million dollars.
Scheffler will take this week off before returning to the Tour to defend his title at the WGC/Dell Match Play Championships. He will then prepare to return here to defend his 2022 Masters win.
Scottie also has to finish firming up the menu for the annual Champions Dinner the Tuesday night of Masters week.
