Investigators say they are looking for 34-year-old Kadarius Rashad Bailey in connection with the kidnapping that occurred March 15 in the 2500 block of Lumpkin Road.
Description of Kadarius Rashad Bailey:
- Black
- 6'4"
- 175 pounds
- Armed and dangerous
The Sheriff's Office says anyone who encounters Bailey should use caution.
