Man Wanted for Armed Robbery
Richmond County authorities are looking for a man who is wanted for an armed robbery last week.
The two female victims in the case say the alleged incident took place February 2 in the 3700 block of Fairington Drive when they had arranged to meet a man to purchase some marijuana. A car pulled up with two men inside. Twenty-one-year-old Maurice DeWayne Folsom is black, 6’0″ and weighs 140 pounds. He was reportedly with a male known only as “Cam” who was driving a white, four-door Kia. He was described as black, 5’7″ to 6’0″ and approximately 19 years old. He had long dreads and was wearing a black hoodie. Both suspects reportedly had guns. One took cash and a cell phone from one of the victims.
Investigators say Folsom is wanted for Armed Robbery and Criminal Attempt (Armed Robbery).
