New Coffee Shop In Augusta To Have Their Hard Launch Next Month
There is a new coffee shop in town, downtown to be exact! Trellis Coffee Shop launched its soft opening earlier this month on October 9. Now they are gearing up for their grand opening happening on November 4.
You may be familiar with this shop from the Augusta Market, as they have set up a mobile coffee cart shop a few times there. There they had the opportunity to serve over 1446 drinks and some baked items.
They are located at 1920 Walton Way, in Downtown Augusta. at the former location of the Sinclair Gas Station. If you frequent the medical district, this might be your new spot!
While they are still in their soft launch period, the hours and menu are limited until they have the official hard launch.
Trellis Coffee Bar Grand Opening
They currently operate from 6 am – 2 pm, but are planning to extend their hours to 4 pm after the grand opening. In the future, they will also be obtaining their beer and wine license to serve to guests that come in during the later hours.
At the grand opening, along with the later hours, they will be doing giveaways, sharing new merch, and revealing new menu items. They also will have live music going.
Inside the coffee shop, you will see that the space is filled with a variety of seating options from couches to round tables and even bar seating.
The coffee shop has a mural outside that was done by local artist Autumn Von Plinsky.
The coffee cart that was mentioned earlier won’t be completely going away, as it will be making its way around the Augusta area at different events and gatherings.
Some of the types of drinks to expect to see on the menus are espresso, batch brew, pour-over signature letters, and different teas. They will also serve gluten-free and vegan options.
