Sconyers told Investigators he allowed Lincoln to play outside, heard the toddler scream, then found him lying face down on the patio. Sconyers said he called 911 and tried to help the child until EMS arrived.
Investigators said the story didn’t add up and they accused Sconyers of causing significant injuries to Lincoln’s head that led to his death.
