Bruno Was Disowned For Not Barking
Bruno was disowned for not barking.
Here’s his story. It seems his owner didn’t think Bruno was enough of a guard dog. He’s been left at the kennel and he doesn’t understand why.
He’s lovable
The volunteers at the shelter say that he’s very lovable, gentle and deserves a much better life. Bruno would actually do best with another dog that can give him some confidence.
Bruno is not accustomed to kindness from humans and love, but he wags his tail when talked to sweetly and given head rubs, and he’s thankful for ANY kindness shown toward him.
He walks nicely on a leash and he’s housetrained. He did arrive at the shelter with heartworms, but he’s now completed the fast kill treatment.
Here are the particulars
He’s 7 years old and weighs 49 lbs. He’s neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
His adoption fee is $35.
The Aiken County Animal Shelter is located at 333 Wire Rd., Aiken, SC.
