Shane Co. recently detailed the most popular jewelry item in every state. This can range to everything from necklaces to rings to smartwatches.
"Each U.S. state has its own unique style, and jewelry is no exception," Shane Co. states. In order to compile the report, they had to determine the most common jewelry pieces found across the United States. Fourteen items were selected and categorized. For example, specific jewelry categories were broken out by type. Think hoop earrings vs. stud earrings. Then, Shane and Co. analyzed twelve months of Google trends and search data to identify what the most popular item is in every single state.
It's A Pendant Necklace In Georgia
The necklace category here included a chain, choker, or pendant option. In Georgia, we love to have our necklaces also include something meaningful. Whether it's a birthstone, an initial, or a unique charm, a pendant often represents sentimental value.
As for the rest of the country, twenty-three states have the standard watch as their favorite thing to wearIf you add in the six states that chose smartwatches, which were their sperate jewelry category, 58% of the nation loves a classic wrist piece.
Jewelry can also be a form of self-expression as well. Some folks certainly wear more than one, if not all, of the fourteen most common pieces. This report did not specify engagement and wedding rings, as one would assume that would have taken home the prize. Surprisingly, stacked rings (the only of the ring group) were only the most popular in Missouri.
Regardless of the occasion, perhaps you are overwhelmed looking for last-minute gift ideas. You can't go wrong with a meaningful pendant necklace given it is the most popular jewelry accessory in Georgia this year.
Georgia Destination Named A Best Tiny House Hotel
A recent report by Shermans Travel detailed the 10 best Tiny House hotels in America, and a Georgia destination made the list. "Tiny homes are one of the hottest residential design trends right now," they explain.
In addition, Realtor.com published a story last year that gave readers a glimpse of what exactly is going on with the Tiny House trend in America. But what is a Tiny House? Typically, they are 100 to 400 square feet. Many of them (though not a requirement) are situated in quieter areas. It is very common to find tiny home communities tucked within nature, in a peaceful and serene setting.
Other common attributes include creative ways to establish storage space and loft beds. They are often energy-efficient simply due to the smaller footprint requiring less utility power.
"If you’re considering the tiny-home lifestyle, take it for a test drive before you hire a builder and go all-in," Realtor explained. That is another reason why having such Tiny House hotel options is helpful. It gives those who are interested a chance to try it out.
Live A Little Chatt - Rising Fawn, Georgia
Located just 30 miles outside Chattanooga, Live A Little Chatt has three Tiny Houses on the property to stay at. "It’s evident that each was built with love and intention," Shermans Travel explains. The Old Blue Chair house accommodates up to five guests, while the Shangri-Little and Wandering Gypsy can sleep three people.
Visitors to Rising Fawn Georgia are in close proximity to Cloudland Canyon State Park. That's where you will find hiking trails and two waterfalls. However, there is also nothing wrong with staying on the hotel grounds to embrace the simple environment around you to unwind fully.
Each of the three options at this Georgia destination that was named in the list of best Tiny House hotels is uniquely different from each other. "We strive to give you the place to find your bliss and live deliberately." Live A Little Chatt says.
