Below is video of Thursday’s head on collision involving Garrett DeVore. This was reportedly DeVore’s SECOND DUI in less than 24 hours.
DeVore’s first citation of the day was made by the Georgia State Patrol… who apparently were unable to leave DeVore in jail because of a medical issue, so they TOOK HIM HOME.
