Meet Twig, a pup that’s available for adoption in Aiken.
Twig is precious, incredible with kids, bows at your feet. When walking in crowds, he greets everyone he sees and has great manners when passing other dogs.
He has been at the Aiken County Animal Shelter for a very long time. No one even asks to meet him. He’s getting sadder each day.
Twig is four years old and forty pounds. His ears are scarred from the fleas he was covered with when he got to the shelter. It’s was clear, his life had not been easy.
Twig is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He has heartworms but treatment will be provided at no cost. His adoption fee is only $35.
If you can’t adopt Twig, please share his story. The shelter is still overcrowded and the need for his adoption is urgent.
