Possible Drowning in Burke County Today
Teen Shot and Killed at Home In Wrens
The Burke County Sheriff’s Office and Burke County EMA responded to a possible drowning at 11:00 this morning at a home on Deer Run Road.
When they arrived, authorities were told that a four year old male child was found unresponsive in the pool and was taken to Burke County Hospital . A nurse who was on the scene provided CPR until EMA arrived.
The Sheriff’s Office says the child was to be transferred to Children’s Hospital of Georgia. No further updates are available.
