Augusta National Confirms No Par 3 Contest Masters Week
Augusta National Golf Club has confirmed there will be no Par 3 Contest during Masters week next month.
Officials say the decision is in keeping with social distancing protocols that will be in place during tournament week. It’s hoped the contest, always a crowd favorite, will return next year.
Augusta National officials had announced recently there would be limited attendance for the Masters Tournament April 8-11 due to the pandemic. Everyone attending will be required to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing of at least six feet
