20/20 Sports With A.B. – Round One Of The Travelers Championship, Stanley Cup Finals, And More
In today’s 20/20 Sports with A.B. he talks about round 1 of the Travelers Championship, the College Baseball World Series kicking off tomorrow, and the Stanley Cup Finals resuming tonight.
Ashley Brown: After round one of the Travelers Championship on the PGA Tour in Cromwell, Connecticut, Tom Kim has the lead. He’s eight under par, two shots clear of Rickie Fowler, Kurt Kitayama, Will Zalatoris and Akshay Bhatia. They’re all at six under. Scottie Scheffler is at five under par. Round two resumes today.
Also, the College Baseball World Series gets underway tomorrow. The championship series that is in Omaha between Tennessee and Texas A&M. They’ll play tomorrow and Sunday, game three, if necessary. That best of three series will be on Monday.
Also, the Stanley Cup Finals resume tonight in Edmonton. The Florida Panthers lead three games to two. They’re looking for a win to claim the title. Tonight they drop the puck at 8:05.
And in baseball, the Braves off last night. They’re at New York taking on the Yankees tonight. That begins a seven-game road trip for Atlanta. First pitch is at 7:05. And the GreenJackets a loser last night to Salem 7-1. They’ll be in Salem again tonight at 7:05.
