20/20 Sports With A.B. – Braves And GreenJackets Losses, Kyle Lowry Re-Signs
In today’s 20/20 Sports with A.B., he talks about the Braves and GreenJackets losses last night, and Kyle Lowry re-signing with Philadelphia.
Ashley Brown: Well, Arizona’s Brandon Font outdueled Max Freed last night as the Diamondbacks beat the Braves one to nothing. Five, six innings of three-hit, shutout baseball. Max Freed only gave up one run. It was a home run to Eugenio Suarez, but that’s all the D-backs needed. They win one to nothing. The Braves are in San Diego tonight at 9:40 to take on the Padres.
The GreenJackets also lose last night, 8 to 2. Fayetteville knocks off Augusta. Those two teams are back at it tonight at SRP Park at 7:05. And Fayetteville is also in town Saturday and Sunday. So get out there and support those Jackets at SRP.
And the NBA, Kyle Lowry is staying put. He is re-signing with Philadelphia. He grew up there, played college ball at Villanova. He’s been in the NFL NBA that is for quite some time. 38 years old. Last year he averaged eight points and four and a half assists in 23 games for the Sixers.
