Do you say “family reunion” or “family get-together?” That guy I married 20+ years ago gets on my nerves when he tells me the family reunion for my side is just a get-together because most of us are within driving distance. I tell him he has no baseline since most of his extended family doesn’t speak to each other. I am a treat to spend life with, let me tell you. Whatever you call your family gatherings, you can be the hit of the party with these family shirts I’ve found.
It took some digging. Like a lot of hours searching for the things that just fit right. I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful, but A LOT of the family shirts are super hokey. I look for shirts that aren’t too busy and have actual good, humorous content to them. Having said that, I am 100% not above a dad joke. I also found something good for every family member. Mom, Dad, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, grandma, grandpa, and cousins all have representation.
I see the TikToks with everyone wearing matching shirts, which I do think is fun, but those are so specific, that I feel like they’re usually custom-made. The shirts I found may be something you must have, to use the phrase, or they may give you inspiration. Let’s face it, you want to be the talk of the party, right?
