It’s National Nurses Week and National Nurses Month! This is a medical city, so we had to find the best deals around for our local nurses. National Nurses Week happens each year on May 6 – May 12. To help celebrate nurses, national and local businesses are offering freebies and deals throughout the week. It is also Teachers Appreciation Week, so some of these deals might overlap for both.

  Thursday, May 11 is Nurse Appreciation Night! Nurses can purchase discounted tickets.

• Southern Vanity

  They are offering 20% off Botox or filler for any nurse. All you need to do is bring in proof of occupation or an ID.

  Nurses can get a free 32-ounce tea through May 10 by showing valid medical ID.
