Father’s Day Events Happening in Augusta

Father’s Day, which falls on Sunday, June 18 this year, is right around the corner. Father’s Day is to celebrate and honor those who have embraced the role of fatherhood – fathers fathers figures, uncles, grandfathers, bonus dads, etc.

In addition, to figuring out a good gift, there’s also the thought of what to do for fathers Day.

There are tons of activities and places in the CSRA that you may have planned on your own, but there are also some Father’s Day events going on in Augusta, that you don’t have to plan – just show up to.

Below are a few of those Father’s Day events that are happening during the weekend.

  • Free Lunch @ Jim Hudson of Augusta

    June 16 from 12-2 Jim Hudson Lexus of Augusta is offering complimentary lunch at there café to recognize dads.

  • Father's Day Superhero 5K and Family Fun Run

    All ages welcome to run with your dad! This superhero themed run will take place Saturday, June 17th at the Mill Village Trail Head.

    Proceeds for your participation or donation will assist youth who are aging out of the foster care system right here in Augusta by providing safe housing opportunities and life skills training.

  • Greenjackets Father's Day Picnic

    Spend Father’s Day with at SRP for a Fathers Day Picnic. This is what the picnic includes.

    Father’s Day Picnic Package includes:

    • Ticket to the June 18th Father’s Day game, per person, in our E-Z-GO Picnic Patio high-top tables

    • 90-Minute Buffet that includes: hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, cole slaw, baked beans, chips, watermelon, cookies, Coca-Cola drinks, sweet tea, and water.

    • One (1) GreenJackets pint glass for dad

    • $8 in loaded value (per ticket) that can be used concessions or at the Hive Pro Shop (excludes Dippin’ Dots, Kona Ice and Sweet & Boozy)

    On June 17 1-2PM, EAT local CSRA will be hosting a  Chocolate making class with Augusta & Co.

  • Dinner with Jazz at The Partridge Inn 8595 Restaurant

    Looking for a dinner option for Dad? How about Jazz and dinner?  On June 17th, Saturday 7 pm – 10pm Partridge Inn will be having Dinner with Jazz.

  • Ice Cream With Dad

    A local organization, Active Dad, presents Ice Cream w/ Dad at Whipped Creamery. Saturday June 17th 1pm – 2:30pm
