If you’ve been to any event in the Augusta Area, you probably are familiar with this food truck – Kono Pizza. Kono Pizza is basically “Pizza on the Go”. It is Pizza Served in a Cone.
The cones aren’t like an ice cream cone, but instead it is a cone made of pizza dough. The cones are made in Italy and shipped to the food truck.
The truck is currently owned by Eli Andrews, who first saw the concept in Italy!
The food truck just opened in January of 2023, but as of today, Kono Pizza Food Truck is up for sale. The owner has expressed that he will be moving to Dubai, but he won't be leaving the thought of Kono Pizza behind, as he has plans to open Kono Pizza Dubai.
Andrews has been in the food industry business for over 20 years, from fast food to fine dining, but he quickly found his passion with Food trucks.
Andrews has stated that the truck already is booked up until January 2024, to be at events around the CSRA.
Inside the food truck is 2 speakers and 2 tvs along with the kitchen equipment.
Here is a list of Included Equipment posted by owner via social media

This Kono included mozzarella, tomato sauce, green peppers, black olives, Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, ham, and bacon.
Along with the Konos, they served dessert as well. The two desserts included on the food truck menu were Gelato and a Cannoli Kono.

Best Pizza In The Augusta Area
Who doesn't like pizza? I have a pizza at least once a week and love them all......even frozen pizza. I know frozen pizza is not high on the list as a favorite, especially if you've had a pie from some of the places I've put together as the best Pizza In the Augusta Area.
The one thing all of these places have in common is their love for making the absolute best pizza.
One on this list has been baking pizza pies in Augusta since 1949. Some say Luigi's may be the first place in the Augusta area where you could get a pizza. As a matter of fact, they are known as the home of Augusta's Original Pizza Pie. Try it and you'll understand why it's one of Augusta's favorite places to enjoy a large pizza!
