It’s the weekend and it is jam-packed with events! As the warm weather picks up, so does the number of events. We’ve formed a list of things to do in Augusta, all you’ve got to do is get out and enjoy the community. There are even those reoccurring events like the  Saturday Market on The River. Along with the Sunday Market on the 5th Street Marina.

  • Spring Holistic Market

    On May 7, The Solfood Kitchen and 2 Wolves Herbal Apothecary partnered together to present a Spring Market. This will take place inside Solfood Kitchen located in Surry Center’s on the upper level. There will be tons of local vendors for you to explore. Find out more here.

  • Star Wars Cantina Crawl Episode 2

    The Star Wars celebration in the CSRA is  still going strong! May 6, Master Con Augusta has put together a pub crawl. The registration starts at 6 at Joes Underground with the official pub kicking off at 7. Find out more here.

  • Augusta Princesses at the park

    The princesses are in town! Due to the weather this event will no longer be taking place at the park, but instead at the Columbia County Exhibition Center. There will be 2 sessions, one at 10am and 1pm. The princesses will be singing, dancing, and telling stories for the whole family to enjoy. Find out more here.

  • Seussical the Musical

    Augusta Players will be bringing you a musical full of Dr. Seuss beloved characters. May 5 is the opening day and will run through the weekend. The play will take place at Imperial Theatre. For more, click here.

  • Augusta handmade fair

    On May 6, indulge yourself in everything local like art, home décor, accessories, bath and body products, pottery and more. For more information, click here.

  • The 2023 JAMES BROWN BIRTHDAY GET DOWN

    On May 6, Augusta will be having a celebration for what would have been, James Brown’s 90th Birthday. The James Brown Get Down kicks off at 3 p.m. There will be free music, activities, and more in the parking lot of the Augusta Museum of History. For more, click here

  • Street Car Braggin Rights '23 Presented By Vengeance Racing

    This annual car event will be held at the Carolina Dragway in Aiken South Carolina. This will be going on through the entire weekend. For more info, click here.

  • Goat Yoga Hosted by Columbia County Parks and Rec

    On May 6, practice yoga in a unique way! Goats will be in attendance for interaction and fun. This will take place at Evans Town Centre.

  • Promenade & Paint Augusta's Public Art

  • Summer Kick-Off Event | Family Fun!

    The Harlem Merchants Association will put on its 5th Annual Mimosa on Mainstreet. This event will take place May 6. The day will be filled with live music, brunch, mimosas and giveaways. Learn more, here.
