Make It Monday this week's recipe

Looking for a gluten-free pizza you can make at home?  What about a Keto-friendly pizza too?  Check this out!

If you love pizza, but traditional pizza doesn't love you... this may be a great alternative.  It's a gluten-free pizza recipe that's also Keto-friendly.  Someone shared this one with me years ago when I went gluten-free.  Be prepared, the "crust" is not like traditional pizza crust.  You'll need a fork for this one.  But, if you're craving pizza-- this should hit the spot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese (room temperature works best)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (I used the grated type)
  • Seasoning
  • Pizza Sauce (I used an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and seasoned with Italian seasoning, garlic, onion, salt and pepper)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza Toppings

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees!

Here's a step-by-step for this easy gluten-free pizza!

Step 1 - Mix Up The Crust

Combine the package of cream cheese, two eggs, and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl.  The warmer the cream cheese, the easier to mix.  It also helps to have a hand mixer (I didn't so mine isn't as smooth as it could be). I added some seasoning to my crust-- a bit of Italian seasoning, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

Step 2 - Spread The Mixture

Pour the crust mixture into a greased pan.  I used a 9 x 13 sheet pan.  It took a little time to get it spread all across!

Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

Smooth the mixture into a greased pan.

Step 3 - Bake The Crust

Pop the crust in the oven for about 12 - 15 minutes.

Baked Crust

Cook for 12 - 15 minutes

Step 4 - Add The Toppings

Grab your pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings!

Step 5 - Bake It!

Pop your topped pizza back in the oven for about 8 - 10 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and melted!

Finished Pizza

Grab some plates and enjoy!
