Halloween is quickly approaching. And when it comes to choosing the best Halloween candy, it can be tough.  There are so many great candies to choose from, whether you prefer chocolate, sweet, or sour! So how about a fun way to pick out candy?  Like, looking to the stars. What is the best Halloween candy based on your zodiac sign? Whether you believe in zodiac signs or not, this is an interesting and fun way to see what candy to pick.

Some people believe zodiac signs can tell a lot about a person - our desires, our preferences, even greater insight into our personality traits, and more.  But for others, it can just be something fun with no deeper meaning behind it.  The folks at Eat This, Not That! decided to dive into Halloween candy and the stars.  They consulted with a few astrologers to find the ideal candy match for each zodiac sign.

So let's take a look at the best Halloween candy based on your zodiac sign:

Aries

Something spicy for the Aries! Apparently Aries are "known for their feisty nature and quick temper." So the heat, with a little sweet, is perfect.

Taurus

M&M's are the recommendation for the Taurus, since they are the "most grounded, group-oriented sign." Also, Taurus is often seen as a comfortable, familiar presence, which makes M&M's a good fit. M&M's have been around for a long time and feel familiar.

Gemini

Since Geminis love conversation, are curious, and like to share, a KitKat is the recommended candy for them.  A classic, shareable candy that can lead to those connections and conversations.

Cancer

Starbursts are the candy for a Cancer.  It's a candy that "can cater to your diverse and complex emotional range." Cancers love to express themselves, and the variety of flavors of Starburst can satisfy a wide audience.

Leo

Leo is associated with the sun, and they love to "shine bright."  That's why the Crunch bar is recommended for a Leo.  It's a candy that makes a statement, but has been around for a long time - which brings familiarity and warmth.  These are traits Leos like to share with those around them.

Virgo

Virgos are intellectual, which is why the candy recommendation is Nerds. But of course, we only mean nerd in the best way!

Libra

As one of the sweeter signs, the candy for the Libra is SweeTARTS.  Libras are kind, open, and engaging, while keeping things simple and social. They like being around people and are loyal friends.

Scorpios

Scorpios are loyal and dependable- like a Snickers bar! They have passion, power, and resilience.  And there's more underneath that surface than what meets the eye.

Sagittarius

The Sagittarius are described as "bright, colorful, engaging, and inspiring" and is a "wanderlust-driven sign."  They are freedom-seeking and independent.  The Sagittarius knows what they want, and may break rules to get what they want.  They have low tolerance for things standing in their way.  Sour then sweet, maybe?

Capricorn

Swedish Fish were recommended for Capricorns.  They are organized, and love uniformity and discipline.

Aquarius

Exciting candy to match the energy of the Aquarius: Pop Rocks! With a bit of a rebellious streak, an exciting, out-of-the-box candy makes sense for this zodiac sign. Aquarius doesn't like to be held down or back.  They are unique and "readily marching to the beat of its own drum."

Pisces

Pisces are the most emotionally sensitive.  They are intuitive and aware of their surroundings.  They know what it takes to comfort you... and what says comfort more than some gummy bears?
