April has been recognized as Stress Awareness Month. We all experience stress, but we experience it in different ways. With there being so many stressors, there is no single pinpoint on ways to de-stress – there are several. Relieving stress can seem like a tough battle, especially when not knowing where to start. Here is a list of 3 free ways to de-stress in the CSRA throughout the month of April.

Awakening Yoga

One of the main benefits of Yoga has always been stress relief. Throughout this month, every Wednesday and Saturday, Soul Dimension will be hosting a virtual yoga class to awaken your mind and body.

Tuning In

Beginning April 17 and each Monday after throughout the month you will have a chance to use music as a self care tool. With the help of Augusta Symphony's music therapist and select orchestral musicians, this free program brings together mindfulness practices and music to help manage stress.
