New Restaurant In Augusta Sells Out On Opening Day

New southern homestyle restaurant is in town and it seems to already be making a big hit! The Country Shack just held its soft opening yesterday, November 30, and sold out! The new restaurant is owned by Latonya Rahney. It is located at 2052 Gordon Hwy Augusta, GA. The menu for yesterday was this: Salisbury steak, Mississippi, pot, roast, Alfredo, baked spaghetti, fried chicken, fried pork chops, vegetables, macaroni and cheese, rutabaga, green beans, butter, beans, rice and gravy, fried corn, fried okra, desserts, snicker, bar cake, Keylime cake, red velvet cake, sour cream, poundcake, cookie pudding. Also have homemade lemonade and homemade strawberry lemonade, sweet tea, and Coke products. I would imagine the menu will look similar day to day with different southern food options. I don't think we will ever get tired of seeing the words " New restaurant in Augusta" ! Keep 'em coming.
