This week, the Aiken County Schools Department of Student Services made their way to elementary schools across Aiken County to surprise 160 students with brand new bicycles. The annual Bicycle Drive was initiated by Mr. Carl White, District Director of Student Services, three years ago and has grown significantly each year.
