Austin talks about the letter from Mark Zuckerberg about censoring and limiting objections to Covid-19 commentary, and the FBI pressuring Facebook to deep-six anything about the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Transcript:
Austin: Well, we all knew that it was true. And now Mark Zuckerberg has actually put it into print. I am sharing the letter at the Austin Rhodes Show page on Facebook, actually it was an article that was in the Wall Street Journal that verified all this as well.
Two things Mark Zuckerberg said in a letter. Of course he runs Facebook. He said to Jim Jordan, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, number one, apologizing for his social media influence on the Covid 19 situation, admitting that the Biden administration pressured his team to censor and limit objections to any Covid 19 commentary that did not line up with the get behind the Covid and take it agenda. That’s right. Even humor and satire. Anything that you put that discouraged accepting the Covid 19 campaign with open arms, they deep-sixed.
Secondly, and most distressing, I think is far worse than the Covid 19. The FBI pressured Facebook to, deep-six anything having to do with the Hunter Biden laptop story. That’s right. They went to Facebook before the election season and said, or actually during the election season, and said that Russian disinformation aimed at the Biden family was attempting to make its way into the marketplace of ideas, and the Facebook folks needed to act appropriately.
And so when the New York Post came out with the story about the Hunter Biden laptop, what did they do? They deep-sixed the story, even though it was right, even though it was genuine and it affected the campaign, there is no doubt that it affected the campaign.
Not only were you kept from the real information that Hunter Biden’s laptop contained incredibly damning information about the Biden family, but that it was all an invention of the Russians to aid Donald Trump. It had a reverse effect. It made you support the Bidens instead of be skeptical of their agenda.
Oh my goodness. Check the letter out at the Austin Rhodes Show page. Zuckerberg admits it all and he apologizes for it. Too much, too little, too late. Unbelievable. And that’s the comment. I’m Austin Rhodes, 95.1 FM News Talk WGAC.
