Austin’s Daily Commentary – DNA Tests For Abortions Occurring For Minors

Austin: Every election year, we hear the debate just like clockwork, about the rape and incest exception to just about any reasonable discussion on limits for abortion. Everybody's talking about, oh, you got to do it for rape or incest. Oh, okay. All right. But President Trump supports that. And by the way, I do too, of course.

But let me ask you a question. When these abortions do occur, the rape and incest, is there any fallout from that? Think about that. The abortion of a minor female.

I'm suggesting, proposing, a mandatory DNA test on the aborted fetus in these abortions for the sole purpose of full proof identification of the baby daddy. That's right. If that baby daddy illegally impregnated the girl in question through rape, statutory rape or incest, then we've got the son of a gun right there and we throw the book at him.

This should take place for every abortion of every minor child that comes through the clinic. Full proof, DNA proof of the fatherhood, the paternity, of the father and go after him and hold him criminally accountable. Who in the world could argue with this?

Let's pass this law in all 50 states. You have an abortion on a minor for any reason, the DNA taken from that baby proves parenthood, prosecution to follow. Can you beat it? You can't. Send this one to the president. Something we can all agree on.
