Austin talks about Joe Biden feeling the need for term limits in the Senate and putting ethical rules and regulations in place.
Transcript:
Austin: President Biden is obviously feeling much, much less stressed these days since he is no longer a presidential candidate. He’s letting his hair down, so to speak, and first on his agenda is changing up the Supreme Court. He says it’s terrible what’s happening with the Supreme Court. We need term limits. We need ethical rules and regulations so they don’t do things that they shouldn’t do.
Folks, this guy has been in the Senate for over 50 years. When he started in the Senate, the Brady Bunch was in first run episodes. They still had seasons to go when this guy started in the Senate. And he has the audacity to say that Supreme Court justices should be limited to 18 years. Are you kidding me? Oh, wow.
He also says that ethical rules and regulations should be in place. There should be a strong rule of ethics, I should say. Has anyone read the book besides me, of course, The Laptop From Hell? His entire family has made a cottage industry out of glad-handing and quid pro quo favors. His family has received millions and millions of dollars from foreign powers for no ostensible talent whatsoever other than they know Joe and they can hook him up with Joe. Unbelievable.
And again, the audacity this man has. Folks, be very careful as this cat makes his way out the door. It is a reckless practice, putting any faith in someone who has nothing to lose at this point.
And I tell you, Grandpa Joe is bitter. He is sadly a man without a plan right now, and he could be at his most dangerous point in his presidency. Be very careful. Joe, go to bed, have some ice cream, take a nap. And that’s the comment. I’m Austin Rhodes, 95.1 FM, News Talk WGAC.
